Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Aimeice Tech ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ukraine with Diia City resident status, collects and processes personal data when you use aimeice.tech or engage our services.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact submissions - name, email, company, budget range, message - when you submit the contact form.
  • Job applications - name, email, phone, LinkedIn, CV, cover letter - see the candidate privacy notice for details.
  • Usage analytics - we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless privacy-friendly service. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
  • Session cookies - only for admin staff authenticated into the back-office. None set for public visitors.

3. Legal bases

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contract) for inquiries and applications, Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in running our business) for aggregate analytics, and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where applicable.

4. How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide services you request.
  • To evaluate job applications and communicate with candidates.
  • To understand aggregate site usage and improve the site.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only where necessary - email (corporate Gmail), storage (Hetzner / Cloudflare), and analytics (Plausible). Each provider is bound by data-processing agreements.

6. Retention

  • Contact submissions: 24 months, then anonymised.
  • Candidate CVs: 6 months after final hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
  • Accounting records: 7 years (Ukrainian law).

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Write to contact@aimeice.tech. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Ombudsman's Office or your local EU supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU, US (via Cloudflare / Plausible), and Ukraine. Where EU data leaves the EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use TLS everywhere, encrypted storage for CVs and application data, role-based access to admin systems, and logging for administrative actions.
