Aimeice Tech is a Ukraine-based engineering studio. We kept getting hired to fix the same thing - marketing systems that nobody owned - so we made it the whole business.

Between the marketers and the codebase
Marketing teams are given tools and expected to produce revenue. Engineering teams are given a roadmap that rarely has room for a conversions API. The gap between them is where the money leaks, and it is nobody's job.
We take that job. Senior engineers who know what a bid strategy is, what a consent banner does to a pixel, and why the numbers in the dashboard will never match the ones in finance unless somebody builds the model that reconciles them.

How we work
Three rules we do not bend
- 01 The number comes first Before a line of code, we agree which metric should move and how it will be measured. If it cannot be measured, we say so during scoping instead of after launch.
- 02 Fixed cap, not open cheque Discovery is paid and short and ends in a written scope with a capped quote. Integration work is where estimates go to die, so we take that risk rather than passing it to you.
- 03 It has to survive us Documented, in your repo, with alerting on every integration. A system only we can operate is a liability we sold you.
