Before
Dolead is a performance marketing agency for lead-driven companies: more than 200 marketing teams, campaigns across paid search, paid social and native, and a price-per-lead model where it only gets paid for leads that a client's CRM accepts. Every test it can run is money it can earn.
Launching was manual. A media buyer could build and traffic about 50 ads a day, one platform interface at a time, so the number of tests was set by the team's hours rather than by the budget.
What we built
Programmatic launch
- Bulk build and launch through the Meta, Google and native network APIs, with naming, tracking and account structure enforced in code
- Creative assembly that turns a template and a data source into hundreds of variants
Analytics and rules
- One view of spend and lead quality across every channel
- Rules that pause, scale and move budget continuously against the agency's own thresholds
AI orchestration
- Decides what to test next from performance and lead-quality data
- Spend caps, approval steps and an audit log on every change, so automation never becomes an unexplained invoice
What changed
- 50 → 1,000 ads a day with the same team
- Testing breadth became a budget decision instead of a hiring decision
